Our cheeses are made with simple all natural ingredients. We rely on technique not additives to achieve the complex flavors of our delicious cheeses.
Our cheeses are living foods. They are cultured with eight different strains of lactic probiotics. Unlike some other non dairy cheeses, we do not heat our cheeses after culturing. The cultures remain alive and active offering the full benefit of the probiotics used in our process. We also do not use additives to try to achieve the texture of dairy cheeses.
The cheeses are finished with variety specific organic herbs, spices, fruits and berries. They are aged and hand packaged for you to enjoy and share.
