About Us

We are a family owned business located in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee.   Nicole started making vegan baked goodies and selling them at local markets.  Several years ago, we expanded our vegan line to include unbelievably wonderful Artisan Cashew Cheeses.  We have been selling cheeses locally in specialty stores and at the Sunday market in down town Chattanooga.
