About our Kitchen ...

We are located at 5008 University Drive in Collegedale, TN. We are across the street from Southern Adventist University (tucked in a corner right behind the Collegedale post office).

We have recently opened our kitchen for customers throughout the week. In addition to our signature, plant based cashew cheeses, we have several vegan and gluten-free sweet treats available for purchase. And as always, our cheeses are available for sampling!

Tuesday through Friday, we serve breakfast and lunch including toasts, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty bowls. All our food is 100% plant based and many items are gluten free.
